On-The-Job Training

"On the Job Training" (OJT) is a mixture of instruction, observation, and supervised activities specific to the work being performed in the work area. The trainee needs to feel they have ample opportunity to ask questions and receive satisfactory explanations about their planned work.

This section contains training materials and tracking forms to assist supervisors and work leads in carrying out OJT in their work areas.

The "1 Minute 4 Safety" series is designed to help Berkeley Lab employees conduct discussions on environmental, safety, and health topics.
