Subcontractor Job Hazard Analysis (sJHA)

Subcontractors who perform "hands-on" work in ETA work areas must have an approved Subcontractor Job Hazard Analysis (SJHA) on file. An SJHA form is initiated by the ETA requester at the SJHA website. The subcontractor then completes the hazard assessment and any required GERT training. The SJHA is active for 1 year.

If planned work involves any welding, soldering, grinding, or other spark/flame producing operations, a "Hot Work" permit must be obtained. Call X6015 ahead of time to make arrangements for the permit and inspection.
